MODDED ACCOUNTS OVERVIEW

For many of the packs in our catalogue, we offer Premade / Modded Accounts, which are simply a login that we email to you shortly after you purchase. This login is in the form of an email & password that you can login to, any details of the account (email / password) can be changed as you please once we deliver it. Upon ordering, our team will sent the login details to your account via the contact email you provide at checkout. With our 'Instant Delivery option, this occurs instant upon purchasing. We provide ‘Ban Warranty’, meaning that in the extremely unlikely event of your Modded Account receiving a ban, we will provide you with a replacement. Although, this is rarely ever required (For eg Forza Horizon 5 has no dedicated anti-cheat system).

We will typically require a secondary authentication code to login to your account (Usually sent to your email/phone number). Once we are logged in, we will boost your account with your chosen contents. By modding your Personal Account, none of your account contents will be changed/overwritten, the contents on your account will remain the same. For example, for Forza your existing cars, progression, designs/tunes will remain the same. Our Modded Contents will simply be added ontop of what you already have on your account. We offer the same ‘Ban Warranty’ & ‘Express Delivery’ options for Personal Mods as we do for the Premade Packages.

DO WE ONLY ACCEPT USD?

No, we accept all currencies. If you are viewing our website from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand or Brazil, your native currency will automatically appear. Although bans are possible, they are very unlikely if you do not spend large amounts of credits on the auction house (see below for more info) or share that you have a modded account to individuals who may seek to report your gamer tag. However, in the unlikely case of an in game ban, we do provide ban warranty across all modded packages and can simply provide you a new account. In addition to this, we strongly advise not purchase over excessively in the auction house within the first 4 hours of receiving your account. The methods in practice in regards to modding these account are completely safe, but ignoring this statement could result in your account being flagged for suspicious activity by the developers for having a unnatural in-game balance. We believe from research and testing that your total credit value is not often monitored but the accumulation of purchases from the auction house can give the developers a insight into your balance.

We request that if you are looking to purchase the Express Delivery option for a Personal Account Mod/Account Boost, you are frequently checking your emails (and Spam/Junk Folder) fairly so that our team can assist you inreceiving your items as quickly / soon as possible.

Account Troubleshooting

WHAT I DO BY LOGIN PROBLEMS?

This issue is simple and may appear serious at first but is a very easy fix. We cannot fix this for you, all that is involved is you going to the outlook website and adding some details to your account, this is no more than a secondary emai and number.

MY GAME FH5 CAN NOT SYNC?

This is a relatively common error iterms of syncing problems. This is out of my control but it can occasionally work if you click try again, log off wait 2 hours, click try again once more, log off wait 2 hours and then when you log back in proceed to press ‘Sync last saved data’. What should happen is that your account/modded account will have all the contents promised, but sometimes it can appear empty or what we did is reversed. In this case simply contact the staff member that fulfilled your order, and we will log on and re-sync the account as soon as possible.

I REQUIRE A HELLO PIN TO LOGIN?

This is an “issue” that we get contacted about regularly for PC users. When buyers are logging into accounts we provide, typically PC software will require a “Hello” PIN code. This code is not something we provide, this PIN represents computer log in.
